This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth campaign delivery, optimizing performance, and driving operational efficiency across our digital media platforms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Manage the Ad Operations team, overseeing trafficking, delivery, pacing, optimization, and inventory management across all campaigns.</li><li>Mentor team members and promote best practices, process consistency, and a collaborative, high-performance culture.</li><li>Oversee trafficking and execution of direct-sold and branded content campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM), ensuring accuracy and timely launches.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Editorial, and Branded Content teams to translate sales strategy into executable campaigns.</li><li>Partner with Sales during the pre-sale phase to provide accurate inventory forecasting, pricing input, and feasibility assessments for proposed campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate early in the sales cycle to shape strategic media plans that are operationally sound, scalable, and aligned with inventory and platform capabilities.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and pacing; provide optimizations, troubleshoot issues, and surface insights to support revenue growth.</li><li>Manage dealer and branded content campaigns, including asset setup, click tracking, proper tagging, and performance reporting.</li><li>Deliver branded content post-campaign analyses with actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external partners.</li><li>Partner with Sales and Yield teams to improve inventory packaging, identify upsell opportunities, and reduce underdelivery risk.</li><li>Streamline and document workflows across GAM, order management systems, and reporting tools to drive efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Forecast and allocate direct-sold inventory, manage first-party audience segments, and contribute to data-driven monetization strategies.</li><li>Handle end-to-end campaign reporting, invoicing, and billing; resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.</li><li>Collaborate with Product and Development teams to support ad product testing, platform enhancements, and QA via Jira and project trackers.</li><li>Contribute to go-to-market planning for new ad formats and ensure operational readiness for product launches.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.</li><li>Strong understanding of ad serving technologies, third-party tags, VAST/VPAID, and terminology across both Direct and Programmatic channels</li><li>Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, FullStory, and reporting platforms like Looker or Tableau.</li><li>Experience with branded content trafficking, performance tracking, and reporting.</li><li>Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strategic mindset with the ability to support monetization goals and translate business objectives into executable ad operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline</li></ul><p>So come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.</p><p>TI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
