About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Dental Receptionist/Office Assistant to work remotely with our client dental offices. Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Communication:

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Accurately maintain and update patient records using dental management software (Dentrix).
    • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and claims, and assist patients with insurance-related questions.
    • Process patient forms, referrals, and other necessary documentation.
    • Address billing inquiries and process payments as needed.
  • Coordination and Support:
    • Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow.
    • Provide follow-up reminders for ongoing treatments, exams, and preventive care.
    • Resolve patient concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a dental receptionist, scheduler, or similar role in a dental office setting.
