Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing multiple development projects, development groups, and/or business processes support functions for a major business segment; overseeing multiple technical and/or business processes and analysis projects which include development, installation, and maintenance of business rules; communicating and endorsing strict adherence to development and quality standards and monitoring adherence on an on-going basis; directing, motivating, and developing technical staff, maximizing individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team; leading technical analysis of organizational needs for development and implementation of Enterprise processes; and interfacing with clients to ensure business rules are developed which meet their business needs and specifications.

Job Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
*8 years of experience in business analysis.
*Project management, structured design, and financial systems experience.
*Knowledge of SQL, ASP, JAVA, HTML, Relational Database, FrontPage, and Visio.
*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, and PowerPoint.
*Verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Job Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Finance
*Value Based Care Operations and Implementation experience
*Knowledge of Health Care Legislation-Medicare and Medicaid.
*Financial Aptitude.
*Knowledge of government reporting and analytics;
*Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple workstreams.
*Ability to build rapport and effectively partner with Actuarial, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Network etc.
*Knowledge of data/information management principles and strategies, or experience with strategic consulting with an information focus.
*Value Base Care network and provider experience a plus.
