Role Responsibilities:
This is a Part-Time Hourly Role

As a Sales Associate, your focus will be on understanding customers' needs and offering personalized and impactful solutions. You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the store, advising, selling, and making product recommendations.
When not assisting customers, you will engage in restocking activities, visual merchandising, order fulfillment, and keeping the store tidy. 

Representing our brand, you'll spread the message of "Live Well" to every customer.

  • Warmly greet each customer to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Engage genuinely with customers to help them select suitable products, providing advice based on comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Strive to meet and surpass store and personal sales targets.
  • Accurately and promptly fulfill online orders according to company standards.
  • Enhance product knowledge by staying informed on features and benefits, as well as current wellness and fitness trends.
  • Assist management in store operations, which include handling cash, inventory checks, and maintaining store presentation.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting - both below the waist and above shoulders.
  • Routine hand-to-finger motions and reaching with hands and arms required.
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 40 pounds. Ability to push/pull up to 20 lbs.
  • Climb ladders, along with bending and reaching tasks.
  • Work in varied temperatures from 50 to 85 degrees, particularly in stockroom areas.
  • Computer use up to 60% of the time.

Sales Associates are expected to demonstrate dependability and flexibility with the ability to work varied hours and days to meet store needs. This typically includes:

  • Opening or closing the store during mornings or nights.
  • Availability during key business periods, including weekends.
  • Working on major U.S. holidays when the store is operational.
