About the position

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development, prioritization and implementation of Marketing Test & Learn learning agendas, supportive of brand/enterprise priorities and goals while facilitating testing backlog
  • Lead ongoing forums ensuring engagement and support across internal and external partners, to identify opportunities, design experiments, analyze results, and scale/implement successful initiatives
  • Maintain thorough documentation and organized repositories to effectively track and showcase progress, impact, and outcomes
  • Ensure visibility and alignment of efforts to key stakeholders, peers, leadership, via frequent transparent communication
  • Build and foster strong relationships, understanding the interdependencies and collective impact, to promote productive collaboration and alignment towards brand / enterprise outcomes
  • Continuously support the optimization and governance of program framework, tools, resources to drive operational and process efficiencies
  • Influence adoption across a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and recent, relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of strategy, program management, marketing, or other relevant experience
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics and their impact on business outcomes
  • A strong grasp of analytics to formulate insights and recommendations from data sets
  • Ability to build slide presentations to support storytelling, deliver analyses and insights
  • Strong understanding of Media and CRM principles and practices
  • Experience and understanding of testing methodologies and tools are preferred
  • Ability to articulate and translate between technical and business stakeholders
  • High level of organizational skills, time management and prioritization
  • Energetic, self-motivated and curious individual who can push thru ambiguity & embrace challenges with enthusiasm and determination
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
