As both a strategic and tactical function, we contribute directly to Nestle\'s commercial success and remain steadfast in our pursuit of excellence in market.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>SUPPORT COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT (CD) ADMINISTRATION- Supports ad-hoc reporting as well as other administrative activities in the CD organization (e.g. sales presentations, communications, SDB writing, CAP development support, etc.)</p><p>Category Strategy: Product / brand category objectives</p><p>Provide support to CD Manager (CDM) in developing 4P tactics for channel / customer to include Brand Objectives, Growth Drivers, Category Roadmap Strategies, Activation Tactics, New Item Plan by channel / customer from Brand plan, Shopper Marketing insights and tactics into the CAP.</p><p>Customer Strategy:Forecast accuracy, sales performance targets, meeting sales goals, segmentation / resource allocation, improving customer service</p><ul><li>Supports CDM in providing category and segment insight to selected customers</li></ul><ul><li>Providing feedback to field sales on segment business development opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>Supervising and communicating the results of initiatives to field sales and customers.</li></ul><p>Win at Retail: Improving execution</p><p>Supports CDM in the development of CAP presentation for deployment</p><p>Develop Valued Capabilities:Improving selling capabilities and adding customer value through improved analytics and insights, and continuous improvement</p><p>Integrated Approach:Cross-functional communication, adoption of New Ways of Working with the HUB & CMI</p><ul><li>Work with the Hub for standardized reports, Insights on the business, and Category growth driving opportunities in support of the CD team</li></ul><p><strong>Key Experiences:</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales required</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to meet or exceed critical metric goals</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul><ul><li>Analytical Skills</li></ul><ul><li>Strong Presentation Skills</li></ul><ul><li>Time Management Skills</li></ul><ul><li>Acts and takes the initiative to execute with minimal direction</li></ul><ul><li>Challenges current processes, generating innovative suggestions that improve performance even beyond own role</li></ul><ul><li>Takes immediate action to resolve issues or potential issues, ensuring partners are accurately communicated to about the potential impact</li></ul><ul><li>Influences without authority</li></ul><ul><li>Proactively finds opportunities beyond what is encouraged in own role</li></ul><ul><li>Puts in persistent and if vital, extra effort to accomplish goals and maintain a high level of efficiency</li></ul><p>It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.<br><br>To our veterans and separated service members, you\'re at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestle.
