Delta is looking to fill a full time Assistant Case Manager position for the National Programs team. Below is the desired criteria.



Responsibilities: 

  • Access and navigate client portals to assist with case management tasks
  • Gather and submit assignment information to the Intake team
  • Make hotel reservations for employees as needed
  • Check in daily reports
  • Assist with file scheduling tasks as needed
  • Assist in the management of daily departmental operations
  • Perform data entry efficiently
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Reviews files, records, and obtain information to respond to requests
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Forward emails/tasks to the appropriate team member for handling
  • Assess and prioritize needs
  • Support other business needs as needed


Essential Skills: 

  • Communication— Communicates clearly and professionally across all levels, including with clients and internal teams. Articulates questions and prioritizing tasks based on urgency. Utilizes email, messaging, web-based platforms, and video conferencing tools to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Organization— Displays strong organizational skills which allow for frequent multi-tasking across multiple platforms while maintaining professionalism and a high-quality work product. Delegates tasks to the appropriate team member for handling.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy— Demonstrates strong attention to detail when entering, updating, and verifying data across various systems and formats.
  • Information Security Awareness— Displays an understanding of basic data privacy and file-sharing protocols to ensure secure handling of sensitive information.


Qualifications: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, file management, and navigating web-based platforms
  • Strong customer-service skills


Physical Requirements: 

  • Sitting for extended periods
  • Using hands/fingers for typing or data entry
  • Using a computer throughout the day
  • Clear verbal and written communication
