Group Basic is a startup creative marketing agency built by award-winning partners with years of high-performance work across branding, film, product launches, and social strategy. Though new in formation, our team’s experience includes Emmy, Telly, and Davey-winning campaigns that have pushed boundaries and driven results.

We’re seeking a commission-based Business Developer (W9) to help us scale client partnerships and grow our network of brand relationships. Our current "sweet spot" client value is $7,500 - $15,000 per project, which reflects the pay range and we are planning for at least 2 active monthly clients of that size.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a targeted prospect list across industries that align with Group Basic’s creative services.
  • Conduct outreach via email, social, and direct contact to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Lead weekly video conference updates to report progress, insights, and potential leads.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to tailor proposals and pitches that align with client goals.
  • Work autonomously using the prospecting tools and methods of your choice to drive results.
