Job Overview

As a Customer Support Representative - Home Depot Home Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and professionals, providing top-notch support and ensuring seamless interactions. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for onboarding support professionals, facilitating transactions, and resolving customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer and Professional Interactions: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns (90% of the role).
  • Transaction Facilitation: Work with customers and professionals to facilitate transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Reporting and Follow-up: Document customer interactions using electronic software tools and ensure follow-up activities are completed to guarantee excellent customer service (10% of the role).
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
  • Work Eligibility: Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
