Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and messages from customers, stores, and associates, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Navigate multiple systems and frameworks to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring that every interaction is resolved on the first contact whenever possible. Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, stores, and associates, providing personalized support and resolving complex issues.
