Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to provide support to the Flight Operations Support team. As a Flight Operations Support - Assistant, you will work closely with the team to ensure seamless flight operations, provide informed guidance on various projects, and contribute to the development of business cases and proposals. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Flight Operations support groups to complete project tasks and provide informed guidance on various projects.
  • Conduct analysis projects as allocated and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Attend industry gatherings and meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends.
  • Assist in building business cases and authoring proposals.
  • Review standard operating procedures and provide feedback on changes.
  • Perform specific tasks as assigned by Flight Operations or DPS management.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aviation, business, or a related field).
  • Strong understanding of FAA Section 121 air carrier operations and moderate to advanced knowledge of specific areas of concentration.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
